WHAT IS THE BAR EXAM (Q) |
SAMPLE BAR EXAM QUESTIONS
FINAL EXAM INFORMATION
You are going to be given a replica of the exam used in Professor Obama's law class in 1996. Barak Obama taught law at the University of Chicago for 7 years before becoming a popular Senator from Illinois and then our 44th President. His class focused on issues of fairness and the Constitution.
You can see his sensitivity these issues when he became President insisting that much legislation was targeted at helping those who had not been given opportunities in the past.
You will be asked to read through some information on the 14th Amendment than play the role of an assistant to a newly-elected mayor in a fictional city (which actually resembles Chicago....not a surprise since Barak Obama called that his home.)
Your essay will help assist the mayor in fulfilling his campaign promise to help those who needed help.
